Green Beans with Chicken in Giuveche or Dutch oven
Ingredients
1 onion
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tomatoes or 2 cups stewed tomatoes
2 pds fresh green beans
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry parsley
2 pds chicken drums
Preparation
Chop onion. Wash and break the beans in two to three pieces each – you can break them in bunches instead of one at a time. Add all ingredients in the Dutch oven/giuveche. Add water almost to the top. Cook on 400F for one hour. Enjoy.
